Food Truck Catering
For events small and large, or just for something special, your guests will never forget booking our gourmet food truck for your event. Our 22 foot gourmet food truck is bright, colorful and makes a lasting impression your guests will be happily reminiscing about for months to come. A full service kitchen with dual shavers, our food truck can handle 150-200 servings per hour. Combined with our food booth setup or table-top setups, our services are scalable to handle any size event.
Our truck offers the greatest flexibility for event bookings. Additional fees may apply for travel time and mileage.
Table Top Catering
Our table top service offers the best value with the greatest flexibility, the same quality of food, level of service and equipment as the Haole Boys Shave Ice truck, only in a more compact space. Perfect for backyard events, indoor or outdoor luaus or annual company picnics at the beach, we can accomodate small events with a single block shaver or we can scale and arrange a setup to include as many as necessary to accomodate your needs.

Mobile Catering / Food Booth
Our mobile food-booth setup is a great option for public and community events when our food truck is not available or there is limited access to parking. Our mobile setup includes a 10' x 10' custom printed pop-up canopy, the tables, table coverings and all the necessary equipment and supplies to serve you and your guests. Generators are available, at an additional charge, for locations without access to electricity.
The mobile setup usually is booked for public events and can be scaled to accomodate as little, or as many lines as necessary to keep waiting times down to a minimum.
