We offer corporate catering for corporate events, picnics, luncheons, holiday parties, meetings, employee and client appreciation, retirement parties and more!
On-Site Events
Haole Boys Shave Ice offers corporate catering on-site at your location or at your designated location. Book our food truck stop by and allow employees to come outside or our table-top service to place us in the lunch room, break patio or any other special location.
Regular Stop Service Contract
Are you seeking ways to improve employee morale or offer an incentive program your employees can get excited about? Book us to stop by on a regular visit and pre-purchase tickets you can give to your regular or top-performing employees as a reward. Some clients book us to drop by once a week or biweekly while others have us stop by monthly and cater to their entire staff.
Event Booking and Confirmation
Haole Boys Shave Ice requires the completion of the corporate catering request in order to provide an accurate quote for services. Based on availabillity, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date and time of your event. The full balance is due if booked within 7 days of scheduled event. While we make every effort to accomodate every request and due to the nature of catering business in general, we cannot reserve any date without a deposit. No exceptions will be made.
If your company is interested in Regular Stop Service Contract, we will make special arrangements to fulfill the contract. A sales manager will contact you directly after the request is received and discuss you best options to fit your budget.
Remaining balance is due one week prior to your event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments may be made with cash, check or credit card or via paypal. A fee of $35.00 will be charged for any bounced/returned checks.
Clients are responsible for obtaining any and ALL permits and their associated costs related to their event.
If cancelled prior to 7 days before scheduled event, your deposit will be refunded as store credit towards your next event. If cancelled 7 or less days prior to your scheduled event, your full deposit will be surrendered. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Haole Boys Shave Ice provides catering service to corporate events, customer or employee appreciation days, product launches, trade-shows, community events, music festivals, and more. We cater anywhere in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernadino and San Diego County. A travel fee may apply depending on the distance to your event.
